Account & Login Information: To create an account, we collect credentials such as your full name, email address, phone number, password, and social media login tokens (e.g., Google or Apple sign-in). Profile & Content Data: Vendors: Portfolio photographs, project descriptions, business details, pricing information, and contact credentials. Customers: Profile details, saved favorites, search preferences, and reviews. Device & Usage Data: Device identifiers, IP addresses, operating system details, app usage statistics, and interaction data (likes, comments, direct messages). Location Data: Approximate or precise location (with your explicit device permission) to connect local Customers with nearby Vendors.
Camera & Media Gallery: To allow Vendors to upload portfolio photos/videos and Customers to upload profile pictures or project references. Location Services: To show nearby interior design vendors and localized services. Push Notifications: To notify users about direct messages, account updates, promotional offers, and post activity.
We use your information to facilitate account registration, secure authentication, and profile management; display Vendor portfolios and showcase services to potential Customers; enable communication between Customers and Vendors; maintain platform safety, prevent fraud, and enforce our Community Guidelines; and improve platform functionality through usage analytics.
Public Posts: Media, portfolios, and details published publicly by Vendors or posted in community feeds are visible to all registered users. Third-Party Integration: If you log in via third-party social media platforms, we share basic account authentication tokens with those services in accordance with their privacy policies. No Sale of Data: We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety, rights, and security of our platform and users.
To maintain a safe professional environment, all users must adhere to basic safety and conduct standards. Prohibited Content: Posting inappropriate, deceptive, copyright-infringing, or offensive material is strictly forbidden. Vendor Authenticity: Vendors must ensure all uploaded portfolio images belong to them or that they possess explicit rights to display the work. Zero Tolerance for Harassment: Abusive behavior, spamming, or unauthorized solicitation in direct messages or comments will result in account suspension or termination.
We retain your information as long as your account remains active. You may request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time through the in-app settings or by contacting support.
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.
