DreamNeXaa respects your right to control and delete your account and associated personal data. If you have a DreamNeXaa account and would like to permanently delete it, you can submit an account deletion request using the process described below.
You can request deletion of your DreamNeXaa account in either of the following ways: Option 1 — From the DreamNeXaa App: Open the DreamNeXaa application and go to Profile / Account → Settings → Delete Account. Follow the instructions shown in the application to confirm your deletion request. Option 2 — Without Using the App: If you have uninstalled DreamNeXaa or cannot access the application, you can request account deletion by contacting support@dreamnexaa@gmail.com. Please use the email address associated with your DreamNeXaa account and include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line. We may request reasonable information to verify that the deletion request is being made by the account owner.
After your account deletion request is verified and processed, DreamNeXaa will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, where applicable. This may include: Name and profile information; Email address and phone number; Phone number and account credentials; Profile photograph; Vendor business and profile information; Vendor portfolio photographs and videos; Project descriptions and pricing information; Customer saved favorites; Search preferences; Account-related reviews and comments, where applicable; Direct messages and other account-related content, where applicable; Location information associated with your account, where applicable; and other personal data associated with your DreamNeXaa account.
If you have published content on DreamNeXaa, such as portfolio photographs, videos, posts, comments, reviews, or other publicly visible content, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize content associated with your deleted account, where applicable. Some information may be retained in an anonymized or aggregated form where it can no longer reasonably be linked to you.
In certain circumstances, DreamNeXaa may retain specific information where retention is reasonably necessary for compliance with applicable laws or legal obligations; fraud prevention and security; investigation of abuse or misuse of the platform; resolving disputes; enforcing our agreements and policies; establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims; and maintaining required business or transaction records. Any information retained for these purposes will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We will process verified account deletion requests within a reasonable period and generally aim to complete the deletion process within 30 days. The processing period may vary where identity verification, technical processing, legal requirements, or other legitimate circumstances require additional time. If certain information cannot be deleted because it must be retained for a legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory reason, we will retain only the information that is necessary for that purpose.
Account deletion is permanent once completed. After your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to access the deleted account, your profile will no longer be available through that account, your saved favorites and account preferences may be permanently removed, Vendor portfolio and business information associated with the account may be removed, and you may need to create a new account if you want to use DreamNeXaa again. Deleting the DreamNeXaa application from your device does not delete your DreamNeXaa account or associated data. You must submit an account deletion request through the app or through the external deletion process described on this page.
If you used a third-party service such as Google or Apple to authenticate your DreamNeXaa account, deleting your DreamNeXaa account does not automatically delete information that may be independently held by that third-party service. You may need to contact the relevant third party separately if you want information held by that service to be deleted.
